Delivery Time

Processing an order takes 2 working days. Once despatched, domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 days depending on location and carrier speed.

Delivery Charges

Calculated at checkout depending on the weight and location.

Free shipping on all orders worth ₹5000. (NOT applicable during the sale period).

Cash on Delivery

COD is not currently available.

TRACKING ORDERS

You may track your orders at any given point in time.

As soon as your order is despatched the tracking information will be sent to your registered email.

RETURNS

Kindly inform us of the problem by contacting us at online@ najal.in  within 24 hours of receiving the order, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You may refer to our detailed returns and exchange policy by visiting (link)

OUT OF REACH

We use a third-party service for shipping our orders, they provide services across almost all PIN Codes nationwide. Unfortunately, some areas are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), in such instances, we will inform you within 3 working days. You will have the option to cancel the order and get a refund or give us an alternative address that is not in an ODZ.

Delays in shipping

Delays in shipping may occur for various reasons. Refer ‘to events beyond our control’.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER DUE TO DELIVERY:

Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order 2 times at the delivery address. However, if the package is not deliverable due to reasons not attributable to us, the package will be returned to our warehouse in Bangalore.

On receiving the package, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you, we shall consider the order Terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the Termination of the order.
