RETURN

  1. Eligibility

WRONG ITEM/DEFECTS AND DAMAGES

  • If you are not satisfied with your online order due to any of the issues mentioned above, we offer a 7-day replacement policy starting from the delivery date.
  • We do not provide returns for subjective dislikes or issues caused by customer negligence.
  • A 360° opening video is mandatory for all return requests. Return requests will not be processed without the video mentioned above.
  • Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it with tags attached, and in its original packaging, accompanied by its original invoice.
  • If the product you received is damaged.

Please share a photograph of the damaged product at online@teresadesigners.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • A defective product once returned and inspected will be replaced with the same item without defects.
  • If you have received the package in bad condition or the packing is tampered with, please refuse the parcel. Contact us mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you at no additional cost.

 

  1. RETURN/REFUND PROCESS
  • If your order is eligible for return/refund/exchange kindly inform us of the problem by contacting us at online najalnrini@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • Products bought online cannot be replaced at the store.
  • Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it with tags attached, and in its original packaging, accompanied by its original invoice.
  • Najal reserves the right to inspect a returned product before processing the refund.
  • In case of refund, the amount will be refunded to the bank account ONLY, within 7 days of the request being verified.
  • We do not provide cash refunds for products that are delivered in perfect condition.
  • In exceptional cases of provision of a refund instead of a replacement, refunds will be in the form of store credits, using which the customer can purchase another item (s) of the same amount from our store before the expiry of credits (generally 15 days).
  • All returns are customer-arranged, meaning customers book and send the package back to us using their chosen courier. To initiate a return, the customer must first get in touch with the customer service team at online URL to obtain a return authorization.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  1. SALE PERIOD
  • We do not give refunds on discounted products.
  • We experience high volumes during sales and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.
